Anche se è noto che a me non piace l' hardcore ed il bushment questo nuovo lavoro di Mr. "FireMan" Capleton ( così viene chiamato in Jamaica) è sicuramente di ottima fattura ed anche più conscious.
A differenza di illustri colleghi che sfornano dischi come sfogliatelle, Capleton invece esce con questo nuovo album dopo due anni circa da More Fire . Un disco " Still Blazin" molto curato nei ritmi generati per lui dalla squadra di produzione di Clifton Bailey , Christopher & di Joel. I ritmi che variano piacevolmente fra le sonorità moderne e quelle new roots.
La qualità dei brani e delle lyrics che si apprezzano maggiormente sono sicuramente quelle nate in collaborazioni con altri grandi artisti , ecco che tracks come "Behold" realizzata con i Morgan Heritage, "Hail King Selassie" con Luciano e "Jah Is Gonna Work It Out" con Glen Washington fanno la differenza. Ma più di tutto si evince in questo disco una maggiore spiritualità. Altre tracks da grido sono " I Will Survive" successone dell estate e " Red, Red, Red".
Consiglio vivamente questo lavoro non solo ai più esigenti ma anche a chi ha vogli di passarlo e di ripassarlo nelle dance per amore della buona reggae muzic.
